December Workout Playlist

December 5, 2011

Have some songs to recommend? Leave them in the comments.

Here’s the playlist I’ve been rocking to recently – mainly high-energy/dance, sponsored by David Guetta (his new album is full of collaborations so it doesn’t feel like a single artist’s album), hard R&B, and a little Latin music thrown in:

  1. Good Feeling – Flo Rida –Β a rockin’ song that samples Etta James? yes!
  2. Titanium – David Guetta feat. Sia Β –Β one of my favorite singers
  3. Hangover (Extended Mix) – Taio Cruz feat. Flo Rida – dance anthem – lots of beats to keep my feet moving. PS: Drink responsibly. πŸ™‚
  4. Turn Me On – David Guetta feat. Nicki Minaj – I seem to only like her when she’s not the main artist on the song πŸ™‚
  5. I Just Wanna F – David Guetta feat Timbaland & Dev) – lyrics not so SFW πŸ™‚
  6. Pressure (Alesso Radio Edit) – Nadia Ali, Starkillers & Alex Kenji
  7. Night of Your Life – David Guetta feat. Jennifer Hudson
  8. I Like How it FeelsΒ – Enrique Iglesias feat. Pitbull –Β not their best but hard to resist
  9. Make Me ProudΒ – Drake feat. Nicki Minaj –Β a little slower but good
  10. Pegate – Fulanito – I challenge you not to move to this song

I often compare Nicki Minaj to ketchup – better on the side than as the main course πŸ™‚

I’m old school. Buddy Holly’s simple 4/4 time makes for a perfect background to weight training.
